How Do I Open a Help Desk Ticket?
The SSI Service Desk can be reached by emailing helpdesk@standardsolar.com or via the web by going to https://helpdesk.standardsolar.com.
Tickets by Email
When you send an email to helpdesk@standardsolar.com, you will receive an email response. Within that response, you can click a link to access your ticket through the Service Portal. In addition, you can reply to the email and the ticket will automatically be updated with your response.

Self Service Portal
You can access the Service Portal by going to https://helpdesk.standardsolar.com. The Service portal will enable you to:
- Submit tickets
- View your current and previous requests
- Request specific services
- Find answers to your IT related questions via the Knowledge Base
Click "Browse help articles" to view IT FAQs.
Click "Report an issue", fill out the form with any information about your problem, and then click "submit" to create a ticket via the portal.
Click "Request a service", choose relevant items, and then click "Place Request" to ask for standardized software or equipment. Requests are subject to approval.
