2. Enter your email address and the requested characters. Then, click “Next”.
3. Choose a verification method and enter the necessary information. Then, click the button below the box (e.g. “Text”).
4. You will receive a verification code via the method you chose. Enter it and then click “Next”.
5. Enter your preferred password into both boxes and then click “Finish”. The new password must be at least 12 characters long and include at least 3 of the following: An uppercase letter, lowercase letter, special character, and a number.
6. If successful, you will get a prompt that your password has been reset.
7. If you are in the office, you are done. If you are not in the office, please connect to GlobalProtect VPN with the new password.
8. Once connected, hit Ctrl-Alt-Delete on your keyboard and select “Lock”.
9. This will take you to the Windows sign-in screen where you can enter the new password. This will ensure that your laptop accepts the new password when logging in. Otherwise, it may take the old password.
10. Your password has been successfully reset!
